Grade 2 Modern 7 - 8 yrs

Stretching and mobility exercises, technical practice focusing on foundational skills, creative work like improvisation, and a cool-down, all structured around a fun, engaging curriculum.

Key components include basic modern dance steps, using different levels (high, medium, low) and directions (forward, back, side), and learning simple routines and combinations that build confidence.

The ISTD syllabus provides a consistent and high quality approach to dance education.
